What is your returns policy?

Change of mind

We offer a 30-day product return offer. Just make sure that your item(s) are unopened, unused and in the same condition as initially received. Please note that we can only process a refund once the returned items have been received and inspected.

For items received that are incorrect, damaged, or faulty

If you have received an item that you did not order or that is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible by email at hello@haircare.co.nz. We will cover the cost of postage if applicable for damaged or faulty items, or if items were incorrectly sent by our warehouse.

How do I return a product?
Please email our customer service team by email at hello@haircare.co.nz with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to complete a return.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock availability. To arrange one, please contact us within 30 days by email at hello@haircare.co.nz before returning your item. Make sure to include your order number, and we’ll provide instructions on how to complete your exchange.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Please note that we can only process an exchange once the returned items have been received. We do not cover the cost of shipping for change of mind exchanges or if an item has been incorrectly ordered by a customer.
