We offer a 30-day product return offer. Just make sure that your item(s) are unopened, unused and in the same condition as initially received. Please note that we can only process a refund once the returned items have been received and inspected.
For items received that are incorrect, damaged, or faulty
If you have received an item that you did not order or that is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible by email at hello@haircare.co.nz or phone us on 0800 114 977. We will cover the cost of postage if applicable for incorrect, damaged, or faulty items.
How do I return a product?

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock availability. To arrange one, please contact us within 30 days by email at hello@haircare.co.nz or phone us on 0800 114 977 before returning your item. Make sure to include your order number, and we’ll provide instructions on how to complete your exchange.
