Change of mind
We offer a 30 day product return offer – no questions asked. Just make sure that your item is unopened, unused and in the same condition as initially received.
For items received that are incorrect, damaged or faulty
If you have received an item that you did not order or that is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible by email at hello@haircare.co.nz or phone us on 0800 114 977. We will cover the cost of postage if applicable for damaged or faulty items, or if items were incorrectly sent by our warehouse.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item please contact us within 30 days and ensure that your item is unopened, unused and in the same condition as initially received.
For change of mind and exchanges, a refund or exchange can only be processed once we have received the items. We do not cover the cost of shipping for change of mind exchanges or if an item has been incorrectly ordered by a customer.
