10 out of 10. I accidently recieved 2 shampoos in stead of a shampoo and conditioner. I emailed them regarding this. I got a very quick response. Very polite and apologetic. It They sent me the conditioner , and to save me the postage let me keep the other shampoo. I was going to send it back. Thankyou for your fast professional response, and the posative friendly customer service. 👍 I would recommend this company to people. I will be shopping from here again.
