Smooth purchase, quick delivery & great product

Have used twice and with extremly fine and a lot heaps even of long hair am noticing the subtle diffences already. To get the right type for all 3 issues has been hard. The amount needed is well under the many others I have tried.

10 out of 10. I accidently recieved 2 shampoos in stead of a shampoo and conditioner. I emailed them regarding this. I got a very quick response. Very polite and apologetic. It They sent me the conditioner , and to save me the postage let me keep the other shampoo. I was going to send it back.
