What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect lets you order online and pick up your items in-store at no extra cost.
Where is Click & Collect available?
Click & Collect is only available at 7 Albion Place, Central Dunedin, 9016.
How do I select Click & Collect at checkout?
At checkout, simply select “Pick up” as your delivery option.
When will my order be ready for collection?
Orders are usually ready within 2-4 days pending stock availability. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready. Please note, your goods may be shipped from either of our warehouses located in the South & North Island.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
Please bring your order confirmation email.
How long will my order be held in-store?
All pick-up orders must be collected within 14 days of purchase. If your order is not picked up within this timeframe, it will be cancelled and refunded to your original payment method. We will send reminder notifications prior to cancellation.
