No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes future orders faster by saving your details.
Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes, with My Haircare Rewards you can earn points on orders and redeem them for rewards. Learn more here.
How do I reset my password?
Click “Recover password” at login and follow the instructions sent to your email.
How do I update my name, phone number and delivery address on my account?
After you log in to your account, click “My addresses” and then click “Add a new address”. You can then fill in the form with your updated information.
How do I set my new address to the default address?
In the same form where you added the new address, click “Set as default address” which is at the bottom of the form.
