Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 60 days after purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hcmalbion@haircare.co.nz.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Love this product. It has made my hair quality great again after another branded product damaged it. This has been great to keep it healthy and maintained.
My favourite shampoo and conditioner. Ran out and had to use hubby's supermarket brand (in very large bottles...) which destroyed my hair. Went back to this and my hair was back to its best within a couple of washes.

Recently I got a perm to help my old tired curls and unfortunately it came out dry and damaged. First time using Clever Curl cleanser and my hair was cleaned of product buildup, and the rich conditioner made it silky smooth. I rotate between the cream and get and I get really good results. My hair is hydrated and feels really good. Now I will buy the big bottles !!
This product is absolutely superb on my short unmanageable hair at nearly 78.
I also use the Angel En Provence Shampoo and Conditioner that both suit my hair.
Bought this to give it a go before committing to a big bottle. Was fabulous. Smells great and left my hair soft and manageable for days. Have now purchased the big bottle.
