How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link to follow the delivery of your parcel.

You can also track your parcel through the Post Haste website. Click here and enter your tracking number.

For customers who have a Shop account, you can track your order through the Shop app by connecting your email account. Your delivery will automatically populate in the orders tab in the Shop app. Alternatively, you can manually add a tracking number to Shop to follow the delivery. Click here to learn more.

Why isn’t my tracking updating?

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If no updates are showing, it may simply mean the parcel hasn’t had its first scan yet. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to appear with our courier provider.

What are your shipping costs?

• Free shipping for orders over $99
• Metro Delivery: $8.95
• Rural Delivery: $9.95

What are your delivery timeframes?

We offer same business day dispatch on orders placed before 12pm on in-stock items. Once your order has been dispatched, metro deliveries typically arrive within 1-3 business days, while rural deliveries can take 3-5 business days.

Please note during sale periods, there may be a short delay with deliveries. All orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be dispatched during the next available business day. For orders containing dangerous goods, deliveries may take longer.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Provided your order hasn’t shipped, contact us by email at hello@haircare.co.nz as soon as possible with your order number and the change required. We will do our best to accommodate your request and let you know if the order can be updated before it is picked up by our courier service

Why isn't Local Delivery showing at checkout?

Local delivery may not appear if you select certain accelerated checkout options such a Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal. These express methods can sometimes skip the shipping selection stage where local delivery is offered.

To see local delivery options, simply continue through the standard checkout instead of using an accelerated checkout method.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

We use Post Haste as our courier provider, and they do not deliver to P.O Boxes.

Why did I only receive part of my order?
Sometimes orders are split and shipped from different locations to get your items to you faster. This means you may receive multiple parcels on different days.

How will I know where the rest of my order is?
Each parcel has its own tracking link, and you’ll receive a separate tracking email for each shipment. Please check all tracking emails before contacting us, as the rest of your order is usually still on the way.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped New Zealand wide.
