How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website by adding your chosen products to the cart and proceeding to checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
We offer secure payments so you can buy with confidence. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Union Pay, Afterpay, PayPal and Zip Pay.

How can I select my preferred payment method?

At checkout under “Payment” you can select your preferred payment method.

Do you offer express checkout payments?

Yes. At the top of the checkout page, you’ll see an “Express checkout” section where you can choose your preferred payment method.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Provided your order hasn’t shipped, contact us at 0800 114 977 or email us hello@haircare.co.nz as soon as possible with your order number and the change required. We will do our best to accommodate your request and let you know if the order can be updated before it is picked up by our courier service

Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?
