My Haircare Rewards

My Haircare Rewards is the Haircare Market loyalty program where you can earn hair points with every online purchase and get special access to extra gifts and exclusive offers.

You will be automatically enrolled in My Haircare Rewards when you create an account on haircare.co.nz.

Account Information

You can find information about your account in the panel named ‘HAIRCARE. Rewards’ on the left hand bottom side of your screen on haircare.co.nz. There will be information about ways to earn, ways to redeem, your VIP status and current points and rewards.

Yes, Hair Points expire after six months from the date of issue.

Points earned through making a purchase or from non-purchase activities will be added to your online points balance within 48 hours of your purchase or completing the activity.

No, HAIRCARE. Rewards is an online-only loyalty program. You can only earn and redeem Hair Points for online purchases at haircare.co.nz.

Earning Hair Points

You can earn Hair Points in various ways! Every $1 spent online at haircare.co.nz earns 1 Hair Point. You can also earn Hair Points by completing actions such as sharing your birthday month with us, writing product reviews (for items you have purchased online at haircare.co.nz), following us on Instagram and Facebook, as well as moving up through our VIP Tiers.

You will be eligible to receive Hair Points by completing an online product review for a product you have purchased on our website (haircare.co.nz).

Yes, there is a limit of 2 product reviews every 30 days.

No. Customers without an account can earn Hair Points on valid purchases.

Redeeming Hair Points

In the HAIRCARE. Rewards panel, select ‘Ways to Redeem’. Then choose the amount of Hair Points you would like to redeem. Once you have redeemed your selected Hair Points for a Voucher or Free Samples, a code will appear in the panel to use on an eligible order with a minimum spend of $30 or more.

The maximum is one $10 Voucher (200 redeemed Hair Points) per order, with a minimum purchase of $30 or more.

Yes, you can redeem a Voucher and Samples in the same order.

Eligible members receive a birthday reward of 100 Hair Points. To receive this reward, simply enter your birthday in your account at least one month in advance. Otherwise, you’ll need to wait until the following year. Your birthday reward will be sent to the email address associated with your HAIRCARE. Rewards account and will be issued on the date you entered for your birthday.

You can refer friends to shop online at haircare.co.nz by sending them a $5 Voucher to use on their first order through the HAIRCARE. Rewards panel. If your friend redeems the voucher on an eligible purchase, you’ll receive a $5 Voucher as a reward. The referring customer’s voucher is valid on orders over $35 and expires 30 days from the date of issue. The referred friend’s voucher is valid on orders over $35 and expires six months from the date of issue.

If your account is eligible, a Welcome Reward will be issued when you reach Tier 2 and/or Tier 3, depending on your online spend. The Welcome Reward will be sent to the email address associated with your HAIRCARE. Rewards account.

HAIRCARE. VIP Tiers

The HAIRCARE. Rewards VIP Tiers are based on your online spend at haircare.co.nz within a 12 month period.

  • Tier 1: Total yearly spend of up to $249.99.
  • Tier 2: Total yearly spend from $250 to $499.99.
  • Tier 3: Total yearly spend of $500 and over.
