Yes, Hair Points expire after six months from the date of issue.

Points earned through making a purchase or from non-purchase activities will be added to your online points balance within 48 hours of purchase/completing the activity.

No, My Haircare Rewards is an online-only loyalty program. You can only earn and redeem Hair Points for online purchases at haircare.co.nz

You can earn Hair Points in various ways! Every $1 spent online at haircare.co.nz earns 1 Hair Point. You can also earn Hair Points by completing earning actions such as sharing your birthday month with us, writing product reviews (for items you have purchased online at haircare.co.nz), following us on Instagram and Facebook as well as moving up in VIP Tiers.

You will be eligible to receive points by completing an online product review in relation to a product you have purchased on our website (www.haircare.co.nz).

Yes, there is a limit of 2 product reviews per 30 days.

No. Customers without an account can earn Hair Points on valid purchases.

In the Haircare Market Rewards panel select ‘ways to redeem’. Then select the amount of Hair Points you would like to redeem. Once you have redeemed your selected Hair Points and Voucher, a code will appear in the panel to use on an eligible order with a minimum spend of $30 or more.

The maximum of a $10 Voucher for 200 redeemed points per order with the minimum purchase of $30 or more.

Eligible members receive a birthday reward of 100 Hair Points. To earn this reward, simply enter your birthday date on your account at least one month in advance — otherwise, you'll have to wait until next year. The birthday reward will be sent to the email address associated with your My Haircare Rewards account. The birthday reward will be issued on the date you entered for your birthday.

You can refer friends to shop online at haircare.co.nz by sending them a $5 Voucher to use on their first order in the My Haircare Rewards panel. If the friend redeems the code on an eligible purchase, you will be rewarded with a $5 Voucher. The referring customer voucher applies to orders over $35 and expire 30 days from the date of issue. The referred friend voucher applies to orders over $35 and expire six months from the date of issue.

If your account is eligible, a welcome reward will be issued when you reach Tier 2 and/or Tier 3 depending on your online spend. The welcome reward will be sent to the email address associated with your My Haircare Rewards account.

The Haircare Rewards VIP Tiers are based on your online spend at haircare.co.nz within a 12-month period. Tier 1 is the total yearly spend equal to or less than $249.99. Tier 2 is the total yearly spend equal to $250 or less than $499.99. Tier 3 is the total yearly spend of $500 and over.
