Frequency of washing depends on your hair type, lifestyle and how much product you use on your hair.  You will generally know when you need to shampoo as your hair will be looking dull and limp or be misbehaving!  

Daily shampooing is recommended for:
  • Oily hair
  • Hair subject to sweat through physical activity or heat
  • Hair exposed to harsh elements and dirt or chemicals (e.g swimming)
  • Heavy product use

If your hair is really dry you may only need to shampoo once a week but you can wet and condition hair more frequently. If you shampoo dry hair excessively it will often make dry hair even more dry.  To work out your hair type click here.

Other than the above every second to third day will be fine.
