Heat pumps and central heating tend to dry our hair out.
Think about adding leave-in conditioner or treatment to your home hair care regime weekly or fortnightly.
Treatments – shampoo your hair towel dry really well apply treatment add heat if possible – hot wet towel or shower cap leave 10-15 mins then rinse.
Leave in conditioners are not as intense as treatments so can be used daily especially on mid-lengths to ends.
